BARBERTON: A “Magic March” from Lake Anna to Barberton High School’s Rudy Sharkey Stadium will be held Friday in support of Issue 63, the five-year, 8.52-mill school levy on the Nov. 6 ballot.

Organizers are asking Barberton residents to meet at 4:30 p.m. at the lake and to wear purple Magics attire.

The crowd will circle the lake twice, led by Barberton band members and cheerleaders, then continue on to the stadium.

The levy would cost the owner of a $100,000 home about $261 annually in taxes.
