BARBERTON: The Barberton Municipal Court will hold a limited amnesty program through May 15.
The program will allow individuals with active bench warrants for failure to pay fines and restitution to appear before the court and have the $75 bench warrant fee waived upon payment of half of all fines and costs owed to the court.
The balance of the outstanding fines and costs will be paid through monthly payments.
Persons with an active warrant for failure to pay fines and or restitution may appear Monday through Friday at 9 a.m. or at 1 p.m. or on Saturday at 9 a.m.
The Barberton Municipal Court is at 576 W. Park Ave. in Barberton.
